Sub-processors
Third parties we rely on, and what each one handles. Last updated 30 August 2026.
None of these has access to your documents. DocuSanad stores everything in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, so the providers below support our business — this website, our email, our billing — rather than processing the content you manage with the product.
| Provider | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Corporation | Marketplace transactions, billing, licence management and support correspondence | Purchasing organisation, plan, seat count, administrative contact | Global |
| [Website hosting provider] | Hosting this website and delivering the contact form | Server logs, contact form submissions in transit | [Region] |
| [Email provider] | Receiving and replying to enquiries | Name, email address, organisation, message content | [Region] |
Your own sub-processors
If you enable optional AI classification, document text is sent to an endpoint you deploy in your own cloud subscription. That provider is your sub-processor, not ours. We are not party to the transfer and cannot see the content.
Changes
We will update this page before adding a new sub-processor that handles personal information. If you would like to be told when it changes, email privacy@kamsoft.tech.
